Using GP Connect to book appointments from GP Practices
Every GP must subscribe to the Organisation Group called Manchester LIVI Translation Service
In your GP EMIS System navigate to Configuration > Organisation Configuration:
Select Organisation Groups:
Select the Organisation Group called Manchester LIVI Translation Service and click on the Subscribe Organisation Group button:
The button will change to Unsubscribe Organisation Group:
Booking a GP Connect Appointment
In the GP Practice, booking staff must be logged on with a Smartcard with the appropriate role to use GP Connect Appointments. In Appointment Book click on Find Slot > Find GP Connect Appointments:
Select the correct Organisation group Manchester LIVI Translation Service and Organisation LIVI Service Manchester CCG (in the drop down de-select All first) click on Search appointments. A List of GP Connect Bookable Appointments in the hub will appear. Select an appropriate slot and click on Book appointment:
